We can modify the program of machine to let it have more recipes per your requirement such as 30 recipes. Can add a device on the undercutting machine that sands the commutator after the undercutting process,this process can ensure that the commutator will not have any kind of burrs.

(2) Features
1. With Mitubishi PLC
2. Rise the cutter before slotting to prevent burr
3. The burr remover device can be added on tailor made machine
4. Machine has the device the recipe must allow to set number of revolution of the armature
while the device is turned on. For example, the armature spins three times CW and three CCW
5. Standard machine transmission mechanism might and part of machine configuration
should be changed to meet the biggest armature size and weight requirement.

6. Automatic undercut function for Mica with optical sensor.
7.Brush deburring function to clean the copper surface after undercut.
8. Fiber optic laser sensor to automatically identify mica slots to align the saw.
Retractable floating spindle follows most skewed mica slots and eliminate constant operator adjustment and indexing assembly.

10. Medium duty portable vacuum dust collector for operation on special 3 Ph. Electrics and Dust collector nozzle.
